At L’Arche Antigonish we believe in self-care and taking the time to check in with our body and mind. This helps us with digestion, sleep, well-being, and stress reduction. We all have stress in our lives, but how can we take a few minutes to honour ourselves, breath and connect?

Yoga means to “unite” to “connect” all the parts of ourselves so that we can feel strong, healthy and confident in our daily life.

In this video, Lisa demonstrates how you can take just five minutes to focus on simple breathing techniques and movement to help make your day a little brighter.
